Chicken Wing Cook Off details-- each cook shall prepare a minimum of 25 chicken wings (bone-in or boneless, dry rub or marinade). Cooks will be required to provide 2 wings to each of the five judges in the panel. The judges will give a score out of ten (1 being inedible, 10 being excellent).
